Protect Your Skin

When you provide a class education about the skin and hair you can most certainly say that you’ve entered into an entire different universe.  When out in the cold take the proper precautions:  1.  Wear warm clothing  2.  Use chap stick  3.  Don’t over do it when working in cold weather, it automatically causes your veins/arteries to constrict.  By following these three simple rules you will protect yourself as well as your skin, knowing is more than half the battle.
